The Hazy Uncle New England pale ale is a hazy, very aromatic and fruity pale ale that focuses on juicy aromas, appearance and mouthfeel. Unlike the traditional American IPAs, the Hazy Uncle New England pale ale is not very bitter, but extremely aromatic. Made with a combination of English malts, flaked wheat and oats and a massive amount of two of our favorite aroma hops, Citra and Mosaic, this beer is an excellent representation of the style, with strong notes of mango and peach in the aroma and flavor, and a very juicy mouthfeel.
