Pale gold in colour, with a crisp malt edge and sharp bitterness. Plateau has been hopped at different stages of the brew , with a big mix of US & NZ hops to satisfy the discerning drinker.
Full in flavour, zesty, refreshing & low in alcohol, this beer will have you returning to the bar for another.

Lovely light easy to drink, mild herbaceous after taste, with more citrus and even stone fruit in main flavour

Another stamp in the book. Thirsty work on the bike today. Cheers.

This has been on my radar for a very long time. Burning Sky come very highly regarded locally and I can see why. Layers of citrus, dry bitterness and so easy drinking. Would be appreciated on a hot summers day there for sure, not quite there yet!!
