Early flight tomorrow, hence, another flight. Beer flight, I mean. 👍🏻 Flight 1/4 (2). Clear brown beer with a regular white, velvety lacing. As a matter of fact, all the heads look identical, maybe no need to repeat it in every review. Smoke in the air. Modest but recognizable. It wants to overshadow everything or anything else if there's anything else there. Really restrained. Like a whisper in the night. Furthermore, I imagine bitter caramel but am not convinced that I actually get it. A hallucination maybe? (No, I'm not high.) Yes, bitter caramel is in the palate but even more than that there are sour berries. A medley of strawberry and lingonberry, maybe also a hint of red apple. Confusing if I look at the style. But I don't. Berry juicy with a touch of tea. Well, okay. Light is the body. The finish brings nothing new to the table. Doesn't want to please my taste receptors long. The mouthfeel is thin to light. Maybe closer to thin though. Let's nail it down as 'thin'. Juicy and lip-glueing, considerably characterless. I wonder what the raison d'être of this beer might be.

Très correct pour une fumé, elle est pas trop écœurante.

Bière avec du malt fumé au bois d'hetre et avec du thé chinois fumé. Tout cela donne une excellente bière fumée, très equilibrée ! 👌
