Bière blonde, belle mousse et houblons très présents. Au nez, les notes fumées sont dominantes. Les notes de maltées et de houblon Citra viennent par la suite. Sous le palais, la bière est houblonnée. L’amertume est moyenne, l’alcool de léger à moyen et l’acidité légère. Les notes fumées sont très sympathiques pour une bière blonde. Autrement du classique IPA avec houblon Citra et des notes maltées maîtrisées. Au final, une très bonne bière.

Clear, gold beer with lively carbonation unleashes a silky, pure white head that rises up to one finger. The foamy pillow descends gradually to a neat lace ring on top and leaves downpouring patterns on the glass. The scent offers smoked tangerine, faint cured ham, a drop of grapefruit zest and orange juice. The tongue receives the same smoked tangerine that is, nevertheless, weaker than that in fragrance. Additionally, I find grapefruit peel. The light-bodied beer finishes with light-smoked lemon peel, a tad lemon zest and distant dry hops. The aftertaste rolls on tongue over medium duration. The mouthfeel is light, juicy refreshing and summery. It's also faintly crisp as well as mouth-drying.
