Cocoa and vanilla aromas. Big coffee hit backed with subtle chocolate notes. High levels of carbonation soon dissipate. As the beer warms to room temperature the vanilla comes through strong and the other flavours mellow. A fantastic base beer to go forward with. I can see this standing up well as a robust porter, nitro infused, imperialised or barrel aged... Good value being a 500ml can too...
