Our light-colored, spicy single-bock, “Vitus” is saturated with fine yeast and a creamy foam. It is a specialty beer with a round character, which is a result of the beer’s extra long storage time.
The fruity smell of dried apricots joins aromas of citrus, cloves and hints of banana. The beer is full-bodied and sparkling, with an effervescent mouth. This unique brew does not taste like a typical Bock beer; it’s flavor profile is more like a noble, fruity wheat beer.

Goldfarbener, trüber, heller Weizenbock mit fantastischer, sehr stabiler, feinporiger, cremefarbener, cremiger Schaumkrone / in der Nase Noten von Zitrusfrüchten und getrockneten Früchten wie Aprikosen sowie würzige Noten / im Gaumen mittlerer Körper, cremig, prickelnd / im Geschmack Aromen von Dörrfrüchten, Banane, Gewürznelke und Hefe, fruchtig, würzig, leichte Süsse, ausgewogen / angenehme Bitterkeit im fruchtig-würzigen Abgang. Fazit: Sehr aromatischer und vollmundiger heller Weizenbock! ABV: 7.7 % Vol. / IBU: 17 / Stammwürze: 16.5°Plato
