Mal wieder ein Bier vor 4... Das IPA aus Berlin bringt ordentlich Mandarine auf die Zunge. Die vermeintliche Fruchtsüße wird aber beherrscht von einer sehr feinen Herbe, die auch noch Platz für Orangen- und Graipfruitnoten lässt. Ganz am Ende begleiten dezente Harzaromen den Abgang. Sehr, sehr süffig! Schön, dass es nicht zu heftig bitter ist, denn so kann man auch an kühleren Tagen zwei oder drei davon trinken ohne Falten zu bekommen. Wirklich ausgewogen. Gelungen!

Onnistunut IPA jossa humalointi ei ole lähtenyt lapasesta niin kuin monessa muussa pienpanimo-IPAssa. Hyvää on.
