Excellente ambrée avec un petit goût de caramel et biscuit grillé. 🍺🧡🇫🇷

330ml brown glass, crown cap; pours a hazy medium to dark amber to hazelnut brown, dense light tan head (smaller bubbles – mousse-like), lacing present; on the nose malt-forward, sweet honey like aroma, hinting at floral caramel, possible honeycomb and toffee, biscuity; in the mouth initially tart and sour, but quickly moving to a warming and sweet butterscotch character, hints of grainy maltiness linger reminding of multigrain crackers; medium body with a gentle light mouthfeel; overall this is an amazing Ambrée that hides it hight ABV rather too well.
