Bonne bière mais pas à mon goût avec ce goût sucré ! Bon potentiel malgré tout !

Légèrement acidulé, belle couleur, trouble, la griotte et présente

330ml brown glass, crown cap; pours a hazy dark pink to red, white head, looser bubbles; on the nose fruit forward: oodles of super ripe and juicy sour cherries, followed by a citrusy note, lemon perhaps, and dark sweet morello cherries; in the mouth fresh juicy and full of cherries, a critic tartness underlines the overall beer, but equally brings the cherry notes out beautifully – this beer literally does what it says on the tin!; overall a refreshingly juicy beer, which balances sweetness with sourness extremely well. And man, the colour is just beautiful!!

Bière subtile, peu sucrée le côté acidulé peut surprendre mais laisse place au bon goût du fruit.
