Testing another sauna boat. This is also made by our neighbor. The boat looks just like a regular boat but the cabin is actually a sauna. 😂 There's also a hot tub on the deck (a bit of rain water is there btw). The steering system is just next to the tub. It's the same wood fuel heating that heats the sauna that also warms the water in the tub. He drove it to our shore since we don't yet have a dock to go swimming. The white "fabric" on the shore is meant to keep the gravel and sand, which are not yet there, separate from the clay and mud. It also prevents the water plants, like reed and water lilies, from conquering the entire shore. Maybe next summer, it will be ready... The beer is dressed in a relatively cloudy, deep amber tint. Carbonation is cheerful. A creamy, small-bubbled crown grows four fingers tall and descends fast to a frogspawny flat lacing on the surface. The scent is really ripe fruity and malty: caramel malt and cereal are merged with copious apricot. Stuffy, overripe, not crisp, definitely not juicy. The palate follows suit with overripe stuffy flavors: apricot, canned mandarin, resin, cereal and biscuit can be spotted. Unattractive. Had to check the best before, and indeed, it's 22 September, which means that this hasn't really stood well the test of time. The body is light. The finish is identical to upfront. The aftertaste leverages the average; low, easy life; it's a hippie, yeah; if we could finally know reality, we'd be so lucky. The mouthfeel is light, ripe, stuffy, closed, a bit crisp, medium-dry and drying. The heyday is, unfortunately, long past.

Kultaisen oranssi. Ohut pitsi jää vaahtona lillumaan pinnalle. Tuoksussa sitrusta, hedelmää, mutta hallitsevana havuisuutta/ pihkaa. Maku ei niin voimakas kuin tuoksu. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteleläinen plus. Katkero aika komea ja tuntuva. Joskus en olisi tykännyt yhtään, mutta nyt menee ihan jees.
