Brother Mark is a modern Patersbier, a style originally designed as a lower ABV thirst-quencher for Trappist monks. Our take uses a specialised yeast to provide a lovely balance of fruity esters and spice, with grassy dry hop aromas overlaid, making it complex yet thirst-quenching.
