Murky, deep dark brown beer from cask builds a yellow creamy, tiny-bubbled head. The foamy cap reaches half a finger and leaves loads of downpouring traces on the side. It wafts as a soft creamy lacing and a neat lace ring till the end of the drink. The nose is treated by strong coffee with a creamy nuance. The tongue is pleased by hefty black coffee, roasted coffee beans as well as an exceptionally distinct, soft creamy note. Faint licorice follows behind. Light to light-medium body. The beer finishes with bitter black coffee that cream rounds significantly. The aftertaste is sustained. The mouthfeel is relatively strong, somewhat husky and slightly thin.
