2012’s Olympic Games necessitated the construction of a stadium, velodrome, swimming pool and shopping centre on a piece of derelict land in Stratford, East London. A shopping centre? Welcome to London. The good news, however, is that said shopping centre is home to Tap East, a bar and brewery set up by the good folk from beer-sellers Utobeer. You can even watch the brewers using the shiny brewing equipment.

Pint of in one of the favorite pubs of the co-founder of pint please (s/o Julle) : the Rake, in London. Tres fruitée et très houblonnée : une amertume forte mais vraiment agréable. Bonne et bonne ambiance autour, je suis content!
