Now on its 25th edition, 2021 is a landmark year for Vintage Ale. At its heart, Pale Ale and Caragold malts combine with DRC®(Double Roasted Crystal), to deliver a toffee and raisin sweetness. Turning to hops, we're showcasing younger UK varieties for their luscious fruitiness. Endeavour brings plummy tones, while Olicana® and the yet unnamed experimental hop CF182 add tropical and orange notes. All complemented, as ever, by the zesty marmalade character of our famous Fuller's yeast.

Kaatuu lasiin kauniin sameana rubiininpunaisena nesteenä. Ohuehko vaahto. Melko mieto, siirappinen tuoksu.
Maussa hieman katkeroa, eikä kokonaisuus myötäile tuoksun viitoittamaa tietä liiaksi. Jälkimaussa mämmimäinen makeus kuitenkin valtaa alaa.
Hyvä tuotehan tämä on. Herkullinen, jopa. Onneksi tuli napattua pari pulloa.

The second tasting of this one.
Years of storage have resulted in a deeper, richer flavor.
My original tasting in 2022:
Malt, raisin, plum, toffee and orange aromas. Some fruity sweetness.
And in 2025:
Compered to tasting in 2022:
Malt taste is now more bread-like, plum aroma is much stronger and the orange tastes much stronger in finish.

Tuoksu tosi makea siirappinen. Maku ei niin makea, hieman kitkerä. Alku kitkeryys laskeutuu aika nopeasti pehmeän makeaksi. Tykkään!
