Ziemlich hellgelb, das Bambule Pils mit 4,8% von Überquell 🇩🇪. Olfaktorisch leichte Citrusnoten und etwas blumig, macht es mit seinen erfrischenden Hopfennoten am Gaumen einen überaus guten Eindruck. Süffig, liquide Hoppiness, leicht citruslastig, lecker! Kommt gut ins neue Jahr. Wenn ihr schon dort seid, Happy New Year! ✨🎇🎉

Viel strahlender kann ein Pils nicht aus dem Glas scheinen, ungewöhnlich die leichte Trübung, da es sich hier um ein unfiltriertes Bier handelt. Strohig-grasig wird die Nase begrüßt, knackig herber, erfrischend spritziger Antrunk. Im Mund zerfällt nichts, geschmacklich bleibt alles kompakt, anders als man es bei vielen Industriebieren erlebt. Ganz schlanker Abgang, tolles puristisches Pils jenseits des Mainstreams.

Whoaah! That meal wasn't particularly light 😅 Maybe a digestive Pils to complete the enjoyment? The gown is limpid yellow. An off-white, creamy head decorates the top up to the level of one finger. The retreating foamy lid leaves thick zigzagging lacings on the glass. The nose receives pale malt, cereal and faint straw. Maybe also a whisper of biscuit. The taste is sweet-leaning pale malty with biscuit, cereal, distant butter or diacetyl, a hint of cantaloupe, lemon and a grassy injection. Feels light, refreshing, smooth, balanced, perhaps distantly diacetylic. Not bad although I've definitely had better ones.
