4.2% Saison / Farmhouse Ale
Saison Été was brewed with fresh eldeflowers, picked from the hedgerows around the brewery. After fermentation, it was aged on whole gooseberries. Which combined with our blend of saison and wild yeast strains gives a tart, thirst quenching taste - perfect for the summer.

Thankfully not as tart or sour tasting as I thought. Very pale straw coloured, almost opaque. Reasonable and quite refreshing. Unlikely I will taste again.

A drinkable saison. Not too strong in any regard which for me is good news. Can’t wait to get back to IPAs though.
