Da schmeckt man die große Bier-Vielfalt. Abseits von Pils und Helles kommt diese Spezialität sehr geschmackvoll daher. Chocolate Bock. Auge, Nase und Gaumen werden mit schokoladigen und Kaffee-artigen Anklängen bedient. Dunkle Schönheit im Glas mit schwachem Schaum, aber betörendem Bouquet. Besonders gecatcht hat mich allerdings der Nachklang. Eine harmonische Kombination, gleichzeitig vollmundig/malzig wie stark/charaktervoll. Well done, Braumeister Marc Goebel. 17,4•p / 7,5% Vol Alk.
