#635 🇩🇪 Das Glas und das Bier hab ich gekauft in der Weihenstephaner Brauerei, der ältesten der Welt. Ein leckeres Märzen mit malzigen Noten und gutem Körper.

I honestly thought I had this beer before but I was wrong. Pours a glorious golden yellow, with lots of lively carbonation and one finger of foamy head that had only moderate retention. Aromas of biscuit, wheat, some corn, and then some honey for good measure. Moutheel is crisp and very refreshing. Medium bodied, with a firm bite that passes in a slow wash of foam. Taste is now honey upfront, with the sweetness softened by salty biscuit (digestive/graham cracker). There is a faint hint of banana, like from a Weiss then subtle hint of bubblegum after this. A little unusual for the finish, but otherwise, this was a great winter beer, that doesn't have the usual heavy and dark profile.

Espuma blanca consistente , sabor con notas maltosas a pan fresco, galletas y miel, con un final amargo bajo . Muy buena
