We brewed a traditional English style using Maris Otter as base malt, and a touch of Cristal T50 and DRC and fermented with English ale yeast, to which we have given the house touch with a light Bramling Cross dry-hop. Aromas of blackberry, prune and black currant. Light but at the same time tasty and balanced with just the right bitterness to drink it by the pint.

Jää Fullersille kirkkaasti jälkeen. Laimeampi ja runko puuttuu. Mutta kuitenkin ihan suun myötäinen. Pakko kuitenkin verrata lemppariin.

Tuoksussa appelsiininkuoren kitkeryyttä. Maussa hieman karamellisuutta, greipin happamuutta ja makeutta. Jättää hetkeksi hedelmäisen jälkimaun. Britti esbiin verrattuna saman verran katkeruutta, mutta hieman hedelmäisempi.

Robe rousse et carbonation équilibrée, on est sur une bière très parfumée avec une grosse sensation d'épices chaudes et une pointe de caramel en fin de bouche, le tout avec une texture light et peu de longueur en bouche. Pas mal, mais trop suquée.
