Tonight's flight 1/4. Lucid amber beer with a pure white, creamy head. Apricot, nectarine, caramel and biscuit emanate to my nostrils. Nice, sweet-leaning. The first sip proves the ripe fruity and caramel malty supply: apricot is astonishingly ample. Nectarine, caramel malt, a drop of honey, biscuit and a flash of graham cracker accompany the mushy stone fruit. The body is light-medium. The finish tweaks somewhat more bitter like in a citrusy direction. Crispness rises alongside with resin. The long-lived end is citrusy and resinous. The mouthfeel is light-medium, light-crisp, lip-glueing and moderately drying. Good standard WCIPA. Or something.
