Hold Onto Your Buttress
5.5% New England IPA / Hazy IPA
We've joined forces with our good friends at Staggeringly Good to brew up a proper hazy IPA. Idaho 7, Simcoe, El Dorado and Citra BBC come together to deliver a beautiful unfiltered juice. A few of these may even help you pluck up the courage to storm the castle yourself.
Humalat: Citra, El Dorado, Idaho 7, Simcoe
Maltaat: Extra Pale, Maris Otter, Oat, Wheat

Full on tropical fruity juice bomb! Tangerine and grapefruit with Stonefruits coming through at the end. Super soft and light bodied, very juicy and refreshing

Local to me Arundel brewery have really come leaps and bounds epsesh with their collaborations so I'm looking forward to this one with Staggeringly Good (I had a taster of it on tap before purchasing). Very place grapefruit hue, minimal head left over and a big boy aroma. Loads of hops and juice, namely papaya, grapefruit, satsuma, apricot and a forest of pine. Nicely soft but not silky or creamy, carbonation is still there quite prominently and the finish is medium to long. Tangy with that BBC Citra, a bit dank from Idaho 7 and juicy from Simcoe and El Dorado. Speaking of which I'd like a large portion of El Dorado in this brew, it would elevate it into lush territory. That said, it is noticeable as part of a band of hops playing together congruously. Being a 5.5% brew it is barely an IPA and closer to a pale. It lacks richness and depth of bigger IPAs but it does mean it's more approachable and drinkable. The strongest taste in this brew is the tangy pure hop BBC style Citra. It is good but not staggeringly good, excuse the pun.
