Kurzrezi aus Lise's Pub: Aus der großen Auswahl bei Lise nun das CBS aus der Founders KBS-Serie. Optisch wieder blickdicht schwarz und ölig ins passende Glas fließend. In die Nase strömen auch hier intensive Noten von Schokolade und Vanille zuzüglich einer merklichen Bourbon-Note. Im cremigen Antrunk wird dies aufgenommen und durch den zugesetzten Ahornsirup, der nur mäßige Süße beiträgt, und etwas Holzfass ergänzt. Nach dem Blueberry eine nun durchaus erwartete tolle Kombination.

Second bottle of the 2023 version. Aroma: Bourbon, boozy, honey sweetness. Taste: Bourbon, chocolate, vanilla, honey & coffee makes a really good beer after all. Sweet! I wasn’t convinced after the first bottle. I thought Founders lost it. Now, relaxed, sipping on this lovely dessert, I found it’s still great. I Really enjoyed it! 🥰
