Tired Uncle Brewing…tuttu viime kesän SOPP Tampereelta. Odotukset korkealla.
03/04/25 eli vähän vanhaa.
Vaahto tulee kivasti ja säilyy.
Tuoksu simamainen, vähän vehnää löytyy.
Maku myös yllättävän kevyt. Parempi kuin tuoksu antaa odottaa. Hedelmäisyyttä ja banaania mukana.
Ihan hyvä mutta veikkaan, että tuoreena hanasta olisi aika herkku.

Hyi helkkari mitä tämä on. Ihan niinku pilaantunutta pullataikinaa maistaisi. 2cm lasissa olutta loppu 10cm pelkkää vaahtoa. Ei voi olla tämä kura sitä mitä pitäisi myyntiin päätyä.

Ilmeisesti viimeinen ”kesäpäivä”, siispä sen kunniaksi kotimainen hefe pihalla maisteluun.
Tuopissa vehnän keltainen, samea olut. Komea vaahto, pitsiäkin tulossa. Tuoksu hiivainen, kevyt banaanisuus myös havaittavissa. Maku makeahko, hefemainen, loppumaussa hiivat puskevat hieman häiritsevästi esiin.
Kotimaiseksi ihan ok hefe, muttei pärjää saksalaisille.
