Kevyesti utuinen kultainen. Yhden sormen keskinopea vaahto. 4-5mm reunus ja täysipinta. Pippurinen, belgihiivainen tuoksu.
Maku pehmeä, vehnäinen, miedon banaaninen. Maku saa jyrkkyyttä alun jälkeen, pippurinen ja omenainen, pajupuinen, tamminen. Kevyt (mauste)pippuri vielä loppuun.
Ihan on hyvä, erilainen. Ei eniten minun tyyli, mutta tyylissään kuitenkin hyvää tasoa. Banaania ei liikaa.

Très bel aspect avec une fine mousse et des odeurs de céréales et d'épices au nez.
En bouche on a en plus des notes alcooleuses, c'est pas mon kif et les saveurs de levure belge en final.
Plutôt bien faite mais c'est pas mon style préféré 😉
