Je n'en attendais pas de chose extraordinaire et j'ai été très agréablement surprise. L'impression principale ? Ses notes fumées et maltées puissantes sans enlever le côté désaltérant de la bière. Une petite pépite

Empty glass, good sign. Had a depth of flavours actually and really enjoyed the hazelnut, malty taste. Memorable enough for me to review anyway.

Chestnut coloured bitter, some head, malty aroma. First taste, traditional bitter, hoppy malty, lingering bitterness, traditional bitter, very nice.
