👁 eingetrübt rötlich; flüchtiger, grobporiger Schaum 👃🏻 es dominiert eher der Apfel 👄 Am Gaumen kommt beides an: Apfel und Kirsche, wobei der Apfel eher das Fruchtaroma bestimmt, während die Kirsche eher im herb-säuerlichen Grundton zu finden ist. Der Biercharakter gerät dabei jedoch etwas in den Hintergrund.
