
This is the first installment of our gluten-free hazy oat sour series, featuring a generous amount of freshly squeezed lime juice for a refreshing taste. Perfect for a hot summer day or to counterbalance the bitterness we all sometimes experience in beer or in life!
This beer is made with oat malts, soured with a Lactobacillus strain and fermented with a traditional English ale yeast.

Light and dry body. Distinct lime with moderate sourness resembling very close to actual lime juice. Hint of coconut.
Not bad, yet would've needed more depth to be excellent.

Jäi vähän vaisuksi. Limeä löytyy jonkin verran ja ihan ok kirpeys. Kuitenkin aika meh kokonaisuus.
