Schöner, stabiler Schaum, ansonsten wieder so eine französische Zuckersuppe jenseits des Reinheitsgebotes, ohne nennenswerte Spezifika. Ziemlich wässrig, ziemlich nichtssagend trotz "artisanal", also handwerklicher Braukunst. Nix besonderes, nicht der Rede wert.
