Ei tuonut mieleen sitä teinivuosien ekaa drinkkiä. Jännä vihertävä väri, vanilja dominoi, suolainen. Sour maltillinen, ehkä siksi upposi ok. Mielenkiintoinen.

Ei nää vaan ole mun juttu. Kylmänä jäillä meni ihan ok, mutta ei muuten, siitä yksi tähti ja tölkistä puolikas

Blue Angel. A classic cocktail from the 1980s. It was either blue or light purple/wisteria, depending on the brand of the Curaçao liqueur used. This beer imitates Blue Angel but the color is not genuine. It's deep green with a hefty turquoise reflection. Well... approved though. I guess beer is not particularly easy to make in the exact color of a true Blue Angel. Close enough. Yes, that's almost the appearance. The head climbs one finger and wears pale turquoise which is now quite close to light blue. Soon the top is flat still. A relatively familiar scent: orange juice, orange peel, peach and surprisingly ample vanilla. And an additional sweet floral note like jasmine seasons the package beautifully. Let me sip. Sour. Not dramatically but reasonably well anyway. Orange pulp and peel, a bit of squeezed lemon, perhaps a distant wink of kiwi. Vanilla is bold but not as powerful as that in the air. Nothing floral here. Sour, which is no surprise because this is a Sour Ale. Maybe this could work better as a Pastry Sour with a bigger sweet punch? The body is light. The finish is standard sour citrusy. Narrows down a bit toward the end. The mouthfeel is light, juicy, tart and slightly puckering. Starts more promising but flattens down toward the end. This is like a beer version of Rick Astley's "Never Gonna Give You Up". Once heard, it's enough. +0.2 stars extra for aiming at something innovative.

Odotuksia vähän huonompi. Mutta menee alas.

Samea, myrkynvihreä olut. Vihertävänvalkoinen vaahto. Tuoksussa vaniljaa ja limeä. Maussa vaniljaa, limeä, vadelmaa. Kai tässä(kin) key lime pie jollain tavalla maistuu. Taas yksi sour.
