Beer 2/4 is limpid, deep gold. An off-white, slightly less bolder lace ring than that of beer #1. Dried apricot and biscuit malt linger in the air. Relatively restrained though. Dry hops dominate the palate, helped by biscuit malt, grapefruit peel, pine needle and grass. Light body. Ends dry hoppy. The sensation is light, crisp, tangier than the previous beer, dry and drying. Heads in the old-school direction but isn't too successful in its effort.
