Beer 3/4 (1). Hazy, pale yellow. Lively carbonation. A soft velvety head that grows one finger tall. Fairly nice retention.
The olfactory supply is rather limited: grapefruit pith and peel, strong grass, pine needle and modest wheat. The palate is easier than that of the first two. I can spot lemon peel, pith, generous grass, pine and a hint of whitepepper. Wheat, but a suggestion only.
A light body here, as well. The end is tangy citrusy. The mouthfeel is light, crisp, dry, drying and piney. A dry-hopped Saison is not among the easiest beers, this has a nice amount of character.
