Beer 4/4 (1). Limpid, amber. Hasty carbonation. A restrained head that shrinks fast to the sides. This beer offers the most peculiar olfactory sphere of all the four: green tea, mint, common yarrow, dried apricot. The taste doesn't really follow along the same lines: dried apricot, orange, blood grapefruit, passionfruit and wheat malt. Tweaks more traditional. The body is light minus. Not much of a change in the finish. Feels light, fragrant, tart, puckering, drying and flat. Okay. Steps aside from the beaten track. I appreciate it!
