Big fan of this…dark pour with a thick head. Roasty flavours, with hint of chocolate and coffee and some raisin notes. Stays light and slightly hoppy too. Really smooth, complex and well balanced beer. Could drink all evening, especially at 4.0%.

Thanks to a Beer52 mistake, I have enough for a full pint! A decent dark ale with roasty malt flavour, but a surprising light hoppy touch too.

A decent drink to start the night with: roasted malt aroma with a slight chocolate note. It has the same taste profile but with a subtle floral hoppy note mixed in. There is a subtle sweetness to finish, but it is enjoyable. It is a smooth and easy-drinking session ale.

This is a nice ale/stout. Coffee and chocolate undertones.

Dark minimal to no head, a bit lacking in taste, hints of malt
