Big fan of this…dark pour with a thick head. Roasty flavours, with hint of chocolate and coffee and some raisin notes. Stays light and slightly hoppy too. Really smooth, complex and well balanced beer. Could drink all evening, especially at 4.0%. Judge’s label: Elite

Thanks to a Beer52 mistake, I have enough for a full pint! A decent dark ale with roasty malt flavour, but a surprising light hoppy touch too.
