This has led us to a modern take on a classic style showcasing a blend of UK and US hop varieties bred to display classic noble hop characteristics but with the regional variations you'd expect. This leads to a crisp, golden lager with prominent lemon balm and zest notes, some grassiness, red berry and wild flower.
