Evening flight. As usual. Flight 1/4. I'm pretty sure that this is my first ever eucalyptus sour. Semifoggy, pale amber beer. An off-white billowy head. Eucalyptus in the air, of course. Gives a bit like a spruce-tip impression. Eucalyptus continues on the tongue but gets escorts of fairly powerful sour passionfruit, white guava and orange. And wheat malt. And lactic acid. Feels light, quite tart, very puckering, acidic and herbal. Eucalyptus works surprisingly well here! Innovative!
