Flight 3/4. Lucid gold beer. A thick, clean snow-white head. The olfactory sphere reveals something floral. But extraordinarily distant. Faint lemon, too. Overall, restrained. The floral punch grows dramatically in the mouth. Okay, it's angélique. Which is... [wait a second...] ... yes, angelica. Doesn't help much? 'Väinönputki' in Finnish. Passionfruit, orange, maybe even tangerine and wheat malt. Lactic acid big time. The sensation is light, actually a bit lighter than the first two beers. Tartness is noticeable but less than that of the first two beers. A tad puckering, acidic, zesty and drying. Did I forget floral? It's floral.
