Flight 4/4. Misty yellow beer. Slightly paleish. A moussy, pure white head. A weird smell... Like stale. After a few test inhales, it's like fresh/wet hop. Grassy. Or hempen. But there is something strange here, as well. Rancid butter. Oh dear, this is a confusing flight  😳 Fresh hop is recognizable in the gustatory sphere. Grassy, weedy. Lemon zest and peel. Passionfruit. Raw pineapple. Wheat and lactic acid, what else? The impression is light, hempen but not dank, herbal anyway. Tart, puckering and acidic – it goes without saying, I guess. Looks like l'Apaisee can make a reasonable sour ale of almost anything? Lettuce? Pike? Kebab? I'm open!
