Goldgelbes, leicht trübes Baltic Tripel mit fantastischer, sehr stabiler, feinporiger, weisser, cremiger Schaumkrone / in der Nase Noten von Apfel, Birne und Grapefruit sowie würzige, krautige und hefige Noten / im Gaumen voller Körper, prickelnd, leicht cremig / im Geschmack Aromen von Aprikose, Grapefruit, Vanille sowie hefige, weinartige und würzige Aromen, trocken / angenehme Bitterkeit im langanhaltenden, süssherben, leicht trockenen Abgang. Fazit: Sehr aromatisches und vollmundiges Baltic Tripel! ABV: 9.5 % Vol. / IBU: 25 / EBC: 9 / Stammwürze: 20.2°Plato

Une très bonne bière, une triple fruité et puissante à la fois. Bonne mousse et robe doré. Une belle découverte.
