- honigfarben mit starker Trübung - eine Schaumwolke huscht über das Glas - ein säuerlicher Geschmack von grünem Apfel verbindet sich mit der Süße einer Mandarine - Rosinen sind zu erahnen - das Geschmackserlebnis rundet eine leichte Herbe von Wallnuss ab - bei diesem intensiven Baltic Trippel sind viele Interpretationen möglich - sehr zu empfehlen, aber bitte immer nur eins am Tag genießen

Tolles Tripel. Würzig und Trocken. Hab die Flaschenreifung aber auch echt bis kurz vor Ende MHD ausgenutzt. Sehr gute Rezenz, und die 9,5 sind auf jeden Fall in der Form nicht bemerkbar: da kann man ruhig mal reinprobieren.
