The beer pours a brilliant gold with high carbonation and a fluffy white head. The aromas start with tropical fruit, spicy pepper, and bubble gum. The taste opens with light malt and a honey-like sweetness tempered by mint and peppery flavors. The beer transitions to herbal hoppy notes and a slightly nutty finish redolent of chestnuts. The finish is warming and dry, with a slight lingering bitterness.

L'hommage est bien là... L'attaque est sur le malt caramélisées et fruits à noyau. Le milieu de bouche va sur les épices douces et levuré. La fin de bouche est liquoreux. Manque un poil de caractère et puissance. Mais pas de sensation de sucrée. Étant pas fan de tripel belgian, elle passe plutôt bien.

Belgi tripplel joka helposti juotava. Ei banaania, nice. Mausteinen ja pehmeä. Hyvä juotavuus ja ei liian makea. Joulukalenteri olut Coloradosta.

Bonne bière avec des notes de céréales plutôt caramélisées, des notes de fruits tropicaux, de fruits jaunes et d'agrumes, le toit est plutôt puissant et avec une amertume qui paraît plus être lié à l'alcool
