SCW - Salvator contra Wodan

Im Glas schönes braun. Schaum gemischtporig und relativ stabil. Geruchlich leicht malzig. Im Geschmack sehr cremig und die röstigen Kaffee-Aromen kommen gut durch. Passt auf jeden Fall sehr gut zur Aufmachung.

A beer from the local Freiburg brewery Ganter this time. Pitch black at first glance, but actually very dark ruby. Unfortunately the head died under my eyes, but I probably didn't rinse my glass properly. At first there was something metallic in the nose, but that faded after a few sips. Besides that, there are malts and distant dried fruits. Later on I get something that reminds me sugar beet syrup. Flavorwise there are malts, roasted malts, suppressed sweetness and a mild bitter in the aftertaste. All with a pretty thick mouth feel.
