St Austell's most legendary ale, Hicks is full-bodied, strong and Cornish, brimming with a kaleidoscope of flavours. Brewed with plenty of malt and lashings of English Progress and Golding hops, Hicks is truly a classic ale of considerable depth and complexity.

Excellent ale - good amount of flavour. I normally prefer a pale ale but this does the job. Dog quite likes it too !

Decent enough English bitter ale. Fine for an afternoon.

Now this is seriously good, lovely slightly bitter aftertaste. Would love to try on draft.
