Das zweite Steam Brew ist ein Imperial Stout, seines Zeichens ein 7,5 % starkes Bier von tiefschwarzer Farbe mit bräunlich-beiger, relativ lang anhaltender Schaumkrone. Der Geruch und Geschmack ist auf jeden Fall durchaus malzig, röstig. Allerdings Stelle ich mir bei "Imperial Stout" eine Geschmacksexplosion vor. Dafür ist es ziemlich süffig und die Aromen sind wenig vorhanden. Allerdings für 89 Cent auch akzeptabel. Für Leute die sich vorsichtig an spezielle Biertypen rantasten möchten (mich eingeschlossen) ist es ganz gut
