Kommt tatsächlich sehr dunkel, eher braun als rot daher. Schaum stabil und feinporig. Geruchlich ist es sehr neutral. Ganz leichte Schokonoten. Geschmacklich dann sehr malzig mit kräftigen Röstaromen, Kaffe und leicht Schokolade. Dafür, dass die Roten sonst nicht so mein Fall sind, eigentlich ganz lecker.

Une bonne bierre aux reflets légèrement rouges mais sans plus sans côté fruité comme le laisserait comprendre le "German red". Elle reste légère
