I ripped the label off unfortunately. However, this is definitely a sam Adam’s Oktoberfest. Good beer, especially in the fall. However the taste isn’t anything particularly special. It has a smooth almost sweet taste and this is definitely strange to describe it as thick but it almost tastes thick… maybe it is just very smooth. Overall, slightly above average beer that I would enjoy in the fall.

Very good beer. I like it more than I thought I did a week ago. It’s refreshing and light but still has a bit of a bitterness. Overall, great beer and could see having this on an early summer night and/or late summer night. First review in the books!

In a bit of a spicy mood, so I'm going to try this Sam Adam's Red ale. Beautiful color, crystal clear, red with just a touch of tangerine. Combine this with a burnt orange frothy head and it looks like something good. Malty sweet ale aroma adding a little cinnamon in the background. A moderate amount of carbonation. As for the taste. I'm surprised at how much of the ginger is in the forefront with the cinnamon a little behind it. The only thing I'm getting resembling orange peel is the pithy bitterness, definitely citrus, but no real orange that I can find. An interesting beer, and since it's been getting a little nippy here, temperature wise, I was ready for something that had a wintertime season spice in it.

Finishing the last of my Samuel Adams tonight, and what a great beer this is! Has a smooth balanced taste with a caramel malt sweetness and a distinct noble hop character. The aroma and flavour profile features toffee and biscuit notes from the malt, with a slightly spicy, floral, and herbal hop finish that is crisp and refreshing. Truly one of the finest beers I’ve tasted!
