Beer 4/4 is fuzzy, deep amber. The head is the most impressive, generously moussy and brilliant white. Astonishingly long retention. 'Til the end. The foamy lid prevents the body from receiving any aroma in the air. The gustatory experience is quite unusual: wort, rye porridge, dried apricot, strawberry (?) and an odd yeasty injection. A strange concoction but at least I get something to analyze! The body is light. Finishes with strawberry, rye porridge and stuffy yeast. Feels light, fragrant, slightly tangy, a tad dry, drying, musty and unfinished maybe. Definitely not my favorite but +0.3 extra stars for keeping me busy (unlike the first three brews).

Flight 3/4 colors hazy, deep peach yellow with a beautiful off-white moussy head.
And then a note to self: I don't see anywhere an explanation of the name but IPKö must stand for India Pale Kölsch. I guess. Clever.
Fruity IPAish fragrance. Grapefruit, lemon peel and pith, dry grass, perhaps remote pineapple peel and a yeasty hint approach my nose. The same elements feature on the tastebuds, no need to repeat the list.
The light-bodied beer finishes identical to upfront. Same thing. And why not? Tingles my gums for a good while.
The mouthfeel is dry, a tad tangy and quite drying but also zesty and pithy. Not bad at all.

Hazy, dirty honey colored beer with rushed carbonation kicks out a creamy head that finds itself at the altitude of one finger. Retention is really brief and the foamy cap melts down hastily.
The scent is ripe fruity. Indeed, I'm picking a bit of banana, dried apricot and a small injection of caramel.
The taste is ripe fruity, mildly hopped and surprisingly soft. The components include biscuit, apricot, orange and faintly resinous hops. The malty side performs nicely here.
The body is light-medium to medium. The finish is pretty similar to the actual taste apart from the marginally heightened crisp hoppiness. The duration is medium-long.
The mouthfeel is medium, moderately crisp, somewhat closed and relatively smooth.
