Brew By Numbers
England

Whatever tricks a brewer might play, a beer has to be drinkable: 'Imperial' IPAs can be delicious at first but palate-numbing in the long term, points out Tom Hutchings, co-owner of Brew By Numbers (alongside Dave Seymour). Their brewery, which opened in the dog days of 2012, aims to produce beers that are both interesting and very drinkable. So far, so very good. If the beers share one quality, it's a moreish dryness that is hard to resist. Inspiration comes from Belgium, Berlin and across the Atlantic.

Fresh creamy and juicy. Hops are not dominant but tie it all together well. Fresh mango, citrus and very moreish. Best I have had for a while.
