Une imperial IPA rosbeef. Robe orange propre au genre, nez assez puissant et acidulé. Au goût, franche amertume, du fruit amer et résineux. Costaud en fin de dégustation.

I am unsure but I think this is my first 5 star of the year. EDIT: PUTTY was my first (naturally) but let that set the bar. This bad boy is 6.0% but has the mouthfeel of a DIPA. Absolutely beautiful to drink. While not sessionable I'd happily sup it all night at the despair of liver Smoothe and thick mouthfeel Big juicy dank flavour! I think alot of this beer is all in the cashmere to be honest but it's literally so perfect! What a great combo of hops! Also! Check out that can! That's gone onto my wall of fame (fridge side panel)

The aroma of this Porter is intense; fruity, coffee and chocolatey 😛. Mouth feel is surprisingly less than you would expect, medium to thin - the beer is dry and finishes slightly acidic. It sips like an imperial, however at 4.9% it’s a ways off. I can’t decipher the hops but I would suspect British hedgerow. My can was overly carbonated and took a while to pour - not my first time drinking this beer and I actually have it as a recipe to make myself. I think on cask this will be a stonking good ale.

Hazy Pale, super soft and stony fruits make this a classic of the style. At 5.0% it’s a decent session beer and completely in offensive. Chinook on the nose but once the bitterness dissipates the coconut flavours from the Talus bounce onto the pallet and linger. Would be good beer to accompany an Hawaiian pizza - enjoy !
